Fair Usage Policy

1. Daily job quotas

Each plan includes a number of nesting jobs per day, reset at 00:00 UTC. Quotas are listed on the pricing page. Unused jobs do not roll over. Reaching your quota does not affect access to previously completed jobs or exports.

2. Complexity limits

Plans also bound the maximum sheet size, sheet count, and rotation step available to a job. These limits exist because finer rotation steps and higher sheet counts increase search time dramatically. Requests that exceed your plan's limits are rejected before the run starts, with a message explaining which limit applied.

3. Acceptable use

• · One account per person or organisation; do not share credentials across teams.
• · Do not automate, script, or scrape the workspace to bypass daily quotas.
• · Do not resell NestMax output as a nesting service without a Custom agreement.
• · Do not upload geometry you do not have the right to process.

4. Heavy workloads

Sustained usage far beyond typical patterns for a plan may be routed to engineering review. In practice that means we contact you and propose a Custom plan sized to your workload — we do not silently throttle paid accounts. Accounts abusing the policy after contact may be rate-limited or suspended.
